Castle Rock Baptist Church is an Independent, Bible believing ministry that is:
Founded on the Word of God
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God. It alone is our standard for faith and practice and is our source for teaching and preaching. (II Timothy 3:16)
Faith Based
Our desire is to honor the Lord Jesus Christ through faith in Him. We are completely dependent upon the power of God for the blessing and increase of this ministry. Without Him, we can do nothing. (Hebrews 11:6)
Focused on the Great Commission
Because God has commanded us to take the Gospel to the world around us, we emphasize evangelism through teaching and example. At Castle Rock, each family is admonished and encouraged to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout their God-given sphere of influence. Beginning at home, extending to the neighborhood, the workplace, and beyond, each believer is called to share the Gospel. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Family Oriented
Since the family unit is ordained of God, we desire to see families strengthened through the teaching of the Bible and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. We believe that Christ-centered families make strong churches and therefore we strive to encourage and equip men to be the spiritual leaders of their homes. (Ephesians 6:4)
